By accessing and using the Link-hollow website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Link-hollow provides safety assessment and modification services designed to help older Australians maintain independence at home. Services include home safety assessments, fall prevention programs, emergency response systems, mobility enhancements, lighting improvements, and medication management systems.
Our services are designed to support safety and wellbeing but are not substitutes for professional medical care or diagnosis. We do not provide medical advice, treatment, or emergency services. Individual results vary based on personal circumstances, existing health conditions, and adherence to recommendations.
When engaging our services, you agree to:
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is typically required before service commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of costs before work begins.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may incur fees to cover scheduling costs. We reserve the right to cancel services if access to the property cannot be provided or if safety concerns prevent work from proceeding.
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Equipment and modifications are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as effectiveness varies by individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Link-hollow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. This does not exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by Link-hollow or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, or collecting user information without consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by Australian law. We encourage addressing concerns directly with us before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
